Manchester United are reportedly at the head of the queue to sign Napoli forward Victor Osimhen during this summer's transfer window.
The 24-year-old has been in excellent form for his Italian club during the 2022-23 campaign, scoring 28 goals and registering five assists in 36 appearances in all competitions.
Osimhen has 23 goals and five assists in Napoli's Serie A title-winning season, while he managed five goals in the Champions League, as the Blues reached the quarter-finals of the competition.
The Nigeria international's future is currently the subject of much speculation, with a number of clubs, including Bayern Munich, Real Madrid and Chelsea, said to be keen on his services.
Man United are also said to be keen on the forward, and according to Il Mattino, the 20-time English champions are in pole position to secure his signature in the upcoming market.

The report claims that Paris Saint-Germain are ready to make an offer for the Nigerian, but he wants to move to the Premier League during this summer's transfer window.
Tottenham Hotspur's Harry Kane continues to be heavily linked with a move to Old Trafford, but Spurs chairman Daniel Levy is said to be refusing to sell the England captain to Erik ten Hag's side.
Napoli president Aurelio De Laurentiis recently insisted that Osimhen would not be leaving the Italian giants during this summer's transfer window.
However, it is believed that an offer in the region of €160m (£139.7m) would be enough to convince the club to let the centre-forward leave in the upcoming market.

Osimhen has another two years left to run on his contract in Naples, placing the Italian club in a strong position when it comes to any potential negotiations.
The Nigerian made the move to Napoli from Lille in September 2020, and he has now represented his current side on 98 occasions, scoring 56 goals and registered 14 assists in the process.
Man United will sign at least one new striker this summer, but there is a chance that two could arrive if Anthony Martial leaves, with the Frenchman currently being linked with an exit.
Wout Weghorst is also set to return to parent club Burnley following the expiration of his loan spell, with the Netherlands international struggling to make an impact at Old Trafford.
Man United need just one point from their final two Premier League games against Chelsea and Fulham to be guaranteed Champions League football for the 2023-24 campaign.
