Manchester United have reportedly made 'recent enquiries' about Brighton & Hove Albion centre-back Ben White as the speculation surrounding the Englishman continues.
The 23-year-old excelled during a loan spell at Leeds United last season and has been a key figure for Brighton this term, making 29 appearances in all competitions.
Liverpool are said to be admirers of the defender, with the Reds keeping a close eye on the developments surrounding a player thought to be valued by the Seagulls in the region of £40m.
Man United have also been linked with a move in the upcoming market, and according to journalist Jonathan Shrager, the Red Devils have made enquiries over White as they continue to monitor his progress.
The centre-back has a contract with Graham Potter's side until the summer of 2024, but Brighton could be forced into a sale if they are relegated to the Championship for the 2021-22 campaign.
Chelsea are also thought to be interested in the former Southampton youngster.
