Manchester City are reportedly preparing to make a £28m bid for Marseille defender Boubacar Kamara.
The speculation surrounding the 20-year-old's future has gathered pace in recent weeks, with the likes of City, Chelsea and Manchester United all thought to be interested in a summer deal.
Kamara has made 28 appearances for his French club during the 2019-20 campaign, contributing two goals and two assists, but he will be out of contract in little over two years.
According to Le 10 Sport, the Premier League champions are planning to launch a £28m offer for the France Under-21 international during this summer's transfer window.
Kamara came through the OM youth system before debuting in December 2016, since making 79 appearances for the Ligue 1 giants in all competitions.
City are expected to sign at least one new centre-back this summer, having struggled in that area of the field during the 2019-20 campaign.
