Manchester City and Manchester United are reportedly both keen to sign Inter Milan midfielder Nicolo Barella during this summer's transfer window.
The 26-year-old has again been in strong form for Inter during the 2022-23 campaign, featuring on 51 occasions in all competitions, scoring nine goals and contributing 10 assists in the process.
Barella scored six goals and registered seven assists in 35 appearances in Serie A, as the Milan giants secured third position in the table behind Napoli and Lazio.
Meanwhile, the Italy international provided two assists in the Coppa Italia against Juventus and Fiorentina in the semi-finals and final respectively, with Inter winning the trophy.
Barella has also played an important role in his team reaching the final of the Champions League, netting three goals in 11 appearances, with the Black and Blues preparing to face Man City in Saturday's showpiece event.

Barella's future has been the subject of much speculation in recent weeks, with Liverpool thought to be at the head of the queue for his signature this summer.
However, according to Sportmediaset, alongside Liverpool, there is also huge interest from Man City and Man United, while Newcastle United are also being kept informed of any developments.
Barella has another three years left to run on his contract at San Siro, but a recent report claimed that he could be allowed to leave for a fee in the region of £61m.
Liverpool are thought to have scouted the Italian towards the end of the Serie A season, with the Reds looking to boost their midfield during the summer market.

Alexis Mac Allister is on the verge of arriving from Brighton & Hove Albion, but Jurgen Klopp's side are expected to move for at least two more central midfielders.
The Merseyside giants only have Europa League football on offer for next season, though, while Man City, Man United and Newcastle will all be in the 2023-24 Champions League.
Barella made the move to San Siro from Cagliari in 2020, initially on loan, and he has represented his current side on 186 occasions, scoring 20 goals and registering 44 assists.
Man United are expected to sign at least one new central midfielder this summer, with Fred, Scott McTominay and Donny van de Beek potentially being allowed to leave.
Man City, meanwhile, could lose inspirational captain Ilkay Gundogan on a free transfer, which would put the Premier League champions in the market for a replacement.
