Leicester City are reportedly confident that they have beaten Premier League rivals Manchester United and Tottenham Hotspur in the race for Monaco midfielder Youri Tielemans.
The Belgium international impressed during his half-season loan with Leicester last season, scoring three goals and bagging four assists in 13 league matches.
Tielemans' form has gained him plenty of admirers, with Man United and Spurs both showing an interest, but The Sun claims that Leicester are closing in on a permanent deal for the 22-year-old.
The report indicates that Tielemans jetted into the East Midlands on Friday to finalise terms on a five-year deal.
City are expected to hand over around £40m for the Anderlecht academy product.
