Manchester United midfielder Shinji Kagawa reportedly enters talks with his former club Borussia Dortmund.

Manchester United midfielder Shinji Kagawa is allegedly in talks to rejoin former club Borussia Dortmund.

Jurgen Klopp's side are keen to take the Japan international on a season-long loan with the option to buy at the end of the season, Goal.com reports.

Kagawa is said to have been deemed surplus to requirements by Red Devils boss Luis van Gaal, and may have made his last appearance for the club in their 4-0 League Cup mauling at the hands of MK Dons.

The 25-year-old helped Dortmund to back-to-back Bundesliga titles before joining United for £17m in 2012.
