Inter Milan have reportedly stepped up their efforts to sign Manchester United defender Matteo Darmian.
Representatives from the Italian club have met with the right-back's agent Piero Ausilio to discuss the transfer, according to Sky Sports News.
United are said to be willing to sell Darmian this summer and will entertain offers of €20m (£18m).
Previous reports suggest that Inter's Serie A rivals Juventus were the frontrunners to sign the Red Devils defender, but it is unclear whether talks with the Turin club progressed.
The 28-year-old made 28 Premier League appearances during his first season at Old Trafford, but featured in just eight league fixtures during the 2017-18 campaign.
