Zlatan Ibrahimovic has remained coy over his Manchester United future, stating that 'it's nothing he can decide now'.

The Swede signed a new one-year contract with the Red Devils in the summer after recovering from the knee ligament problem that forced him to miss the latter stages of the 2016-17 season.

Ibrahimovic returned to action towards the end of 2017, but has not featured for United since the 2-2 home draw against Burnley on December 26, during which he was taken off at half time.

"Speculation has been there all my life. It's about focusing on the right things and doing the right things," the 36-year-old is quoted by the Daily Mail as saying.

"I still want to play. It's nothing I can decide now, but the idea is to keep playing."

Former Chelsea striker Adrian Mutu, who played under Ibrahimovic's current manager Jose Mourinho at Stamford Bridge, claimed on Thursday that the two individuals have fallen out.
