A FIFA-registered agent has claimed that Manchester United will secure the services of Arturo Vidal during the "second week of August".
There have been conflicting reports regarding United's rumoured pursuit of the Juventus midfielder, the latest of which has claimed that the 27-year-old has put his house in Turin up for sale.
Despite that, the Italian champions, who recently signed Patrice Evra from United, have maintained throughout the summer that the Chilean international is not for sale.
However, speaking to Cadena Deporte, Giulio Tedeschi, a representative who works on deals across European football, believes that Vidal will be unveiled as a United player next month.
"The English team is the closest to gaining the services of Vidal and [he will] be with them on the second week of August," he said.
Vidal is currently on holiday in his native Chile, but he is expected to report for training with Juventus next week.
