Chelsea reportedly still have an interest in Inter Milan defender Denzel Dumfries, having been strongly linked with the Netherlands international during the summer transfer window.
The 26-year-old's future was called into question during the recent market, with Chelsea and Manchester United both believed to have been keen on bringing him to the Premier League.
Dumfries has again been an important player for Inter this season, making 15 appearances in all competitions, contributing two goals and two assists in the process.
The Dutchman also has another three years left to run on his contract, but there is again speculation surrounding his future ahead of the opening of the January window.
According to Calciomercato, having made enquiries over the summer, Chelsea remain 'very attentive' to the defender, with the capital giants keen to sign him at the end of the campaign.

The report claims that Dumfries is likely to be discussed when Inter and Chelsea sit down with a view to coming to an agreement over the future of Romelu Lukaku.
The Belgium international is said to be keen to return to San Siro on a permanent basis, but as it stands, he will head back to his parent club next summer following the completion of a loan spell with the Italian side.
Dumfries started his professional career with Sparta Rotterdam, while he also turned out for Heerenveen ahead of a move to PSV Eindhoven, where his form led to a host of attention.
The right-back made 45 appearances for Inter during the 2021-22 campaign, contributing five goals and seven assists in the process.
Man United are believed to have explored the possibility of signing him over the summer in order to provide competition for Diogo Dalot during the current season.
