Chelsea are reportedly interested in signing Celtic defender Josip Juranovic.
The right-back has registered six goals and three assists in 50 appearances for Celtic, and he impressed during his six performances at the 2022 World Cup, helping Croatia finish in third place.
Manchester United have recently been linked with a move for Juranovic as well as his Croatian teammate Dominik Livakovic.
According to the Daily Mail, Chelsea are also considering a move for the 27-year-old after previously showing an interest during the summer transfer window.
The Blues are set to accelerate their pursuit after Reece James was forced off during Tuesday's 2-0 win over Bournemouth.
James could be sidelined for a month with a recurrence of a knee injury that caused him to miss the World Cup, which could persuade Chelsea to delve into the transfer market.
Celtic are believed to be open to offers for Juranovic, and they could allow him to leave for as little as £8m.
