Turkish club Besiktas are reportedly hoping to secure the services of Manchester United striker Federico Macheda on a loan basis.
The Italian has struggled for regular starting action at Old Trafford since breaking into the first team in 2009.
Despite the lack of action, United boss Sir Alex Ferguson is believed to be willing to give the 20-year-old one more chance to prove himself following unsuccessful temporary spells with Sampdoria and Queens Park Rangers.
That has alerted Besiktas, who would be able to offer the centre-forward a place in their starting lineup, according to talkSPORT.
Besiktas, who have mounting debts, last season signed Bebe from the Red Devils on a season-long loan.
