Bayern Munich are reportedly not interested in signing Cristiano Ronaldo from Manchester United this summer.
After the Red Devils could only muster a sixth-placed finish in the Premier League last season, Ronaldo is understood to have told the club that he wants out in the coming weeks.
Ronaldo is determined to fulfil his silverware ambitions before he hangs up his boots, and the 37-year-old is not convinced that Man United can challenge for silverware under Erik ten Hag next term.
Nevertheless, the Red Devils are determined to keep hold of Ronaldo, who remains under contract at Old Trafford until 2023 with the option of an additional 12 months.
Only a handful of clubs would likely be able to fork out Ronaldo's weekly wages - thought to be in excess of £480,000 a week - and Bayern have been tipped to do battle for his services.

However, according to Bild journalist Christian Falk, the Bundesliga champions are not considering a move for the five-time Ballon d'Or winner in the coming weeks.
Bayern centre-forward Robert Lewandowski only has 12 months left to run on his contract at the Allianz Arena and has publicly voiced his desire to leave the club this summer.
The powers-that-be in Bavaria continue to insist that Lewandowski is not for sale, in spite of the fact that the Poland international could walk away for nothing in 12 months' time.
"Our position is clear: Robert has a contract until the summer of 2023. We signed Sadio to increase the competition in our team. We want to strengthen the fight for spots in our team," sporting director Hasan Salihamidzic recently told reporters after securing Sadio Mane's signature.
"The signing of Mane will reshuffle the cards for every attacking player. We have never thought about having to let a player go when we signed Sadio."

As a result, Chelsea are thought to be at the head of the queue to sign Ronaldo after new Blues owner Todd Boehly discussed a potential move for the Portuguese with his agent Jorge Mendes.
Romelu Lukaku has left Stamford Bridge after just one year to rejoin Inter Milan on loan, while Timo Werner, Christian Pulisic and Hakim Ziyech could all depart before the end of the window.
Ronaldo ended the 2021-22 season with 24 goals and three assists to boast from 38 appearances in all competitions, including 18 strikes from 30 outings in the Premier League.
Sporting Lisbon have also been linked with a sensational reunion with their former teenage starlet, but the attacker's wages would likely prove too steep for Ruben Amorim's side.
