Departing Manchester United midfielder Ander Herrera will earn £300,000 per week if he completes a move to Paris Saint-Germain this summer, according to a report.
Herrera last week announced that he will be leaving Old Trafford after five years, having failed to come to terms over an extension following lengthy negotiations.
United were keen to keep the Spaniard at the club beyond the end of the season but could not match his wage demands due to the strain Alexis Sanchez's £500,000-per-week contract is putting on their finances.
The Mirror claims that PSG are willing to meet Herrera's asking price, though, and will more than double his current £130,000-a-week terms if he moves to the Parc des Princes.
The lack of transfer fee enables PSG to sweeten the deal by offering a higher weekly wage, while the French champions are also planning on allowing a number of players to leave the club to free up further space on the wage bill.
Arsenal have also been linked with a move for the 29-year-old but would not be able to come close to the terms offered by PSG.
