Bayern Munich defender Dante will not be leaving the club this month, despite reported interest from Manchester United, according to the player's agent.
Reports have emerged this week claiming that the Brazilian has admitted that he is "happy" to have learned of United's interest.
However, Dante's agent Marcus Marin has insisted that they have not spoken to any other clubs as they are currently in talks with Bayern over a new contract.
"There is no way that is going to happen," Marin told PA Sport. "He is not going to leave Bayern in the window. At the moment, Bayern are the only people we have spoken to anyway because we are talking over a new contract.
"We are still waiting for an answer from them and although things happen very quickly in football, until that situation changes, we cannot speak to anyone else anyway."
Meanwhile, United are said to be closing in on a £37m move for Chelsea midfielder Juan Mata.
