Team News: Jesse Lingard, Tyler Blackett make Manchester United debuts

Manchester United's Jesse Lingard and Tyler Blackett make their Premier League debuts for the club in their opening match of the new season.

Louis van Gaal has handed debuts to Jesse Lingard and Tyler Blackett for his first Premier League match in charge of Manchester United this afternoon.

The duo, who both had loan spells in the Championship last season, will start against Swansea City at Old Trafford this lunchtime, alongside the likes of Wayne Rooney, Juan Mata and Darren Fletcher.

Meanwhile, Wilfried Bony will lead the attack for the visitors, while new signing Bafetimbi Gomis starts on the bench.

Former Arsenal keeper Lukasz Fabianski will make his competitive debut for the Welsh side in goal.
