Ryan Giggs has reportedly been offered the role of Manchester United's assistant manager by Louis van Gaal.
The midfielder finished the season as the club's interim manager following the dismissal of David Moyes, but is widely expected to be replaced by the Netherlands coach over the summer.
A source told ESPN that the former Wales international met with Van Gaal earlier today, and was offered the chance to remain on the coaching staff at Old Trafford.
Giggs was pictured leaving a hotel near where the Dutch national side have been taking part in a pre-World Cup training camp.
