Sports Mole picks out its Premier League team of the week.

Saturday saw the 300th goal of an already remarkable Premier League season hit the back of the net at Villa Park as Manchester United came from two goals down to claim an unlikely 3-2 victory at Aston Villa.

Javier Hernandez's second of the match gave us our third century of strikes for the campaign and there was drama elsewhere as Arsenal took part in a pulsating 3-3 draw with Fulham, while Manchester City fought back to earn a victory over Tottenham Hotspur.

Liverpool took a point away with them from a hard-fought contest at Stamford Bridge against Chelsea and West Bromwich Albion climbed up to fifth place in the table thanks to a win at Wigan Athletic.

Having had our fill of goals for the weekend, Sports Mole pick out our team of the week.

Adam Federici (Reading)
The Aussie shotstopper recorded his first clean sheet of the season as the struggling Royals earned a goalless draw against Norwich.

Jonas Olsson (West Brom)
The imposing Swede was a model of composure as the Baggies continued their storming start to the season with victory over Wigan.
James Tomkins (West Ham)
Tomkins was part of a dogged Hammers defence that withstood plenty of pressure in their surprise 1-0 win at Newcastle.
Robert Huth (Stoke)
It was another gritty display from Stoke this weekend as they heaped more misery on QPR and the stoney-faced Huth was a focal point as they shut out their opponents.
Gael Clichy (Man City)
Champions Manchester City clearly have other ideas when it comes to giving up their Premier League crown and Clichy was a reliable presence at both ends of the pitch as they came from behind to beat Spurs.

Kevin Nolan (West Ham)
The wily midfielder netted what was an almost trademark goal to help his side to the three points at former club Newcastle.
Marouane Fellaini (Everton)
The big Belgian was once again a class apart as a goal and cheeky assist helped the Toffees see off Sunderland.
Adam Johnson (Sunderland)
It's been a frustrating season so far for the winger, but he produced a finish that a centre-forward would be proud of during Saturday's defeat at Goodison Park.

Dimitar Berbatov (Fulham)
The 31-year-old Bulgarian has never looked happier than at Fulham and he took his tally for the season to five with a brace in Saturday's thrilling 3-3 draw at Arsenal.
Javier Hernandez (Man Utd)
Few people could have predicted the impact that the Mexican would have had on the second half at Villa Park as the substitute's clinical eye for goal earned United three points that looked way beyond their grasp 45 minutes earlier.
Andreas Weimann (Aston Villa)
For all of Hernandez's heroics it's easy to forget the impact that Weimann and his ruthless finishing had on the contest against Manchester United. Two smart goals should have earned his team the spoils but it wasn't to be.
