Saturday's Premier League predictions including Man Utd vs. Nottingham Forest

Sports Mole provides score predictions and previews for all of today's Premier League fixtures, including Manchester United vs. Nottingham Forest.

Bournemouth vs. Spurs (Saturday, 12.30pm)

The Vitality Stadium is the venue for Saturday's early Premier League kickoff, as Bournemouth welcome Tottenham Hotspur to their South Coast headquarters.

The Cherries fell to a 3-1 loss at Liverpool in gameweek two, while Ange Postecoglou picked up his first win as Spurs head coach with a 2-0 triumph over Manchester United.

We say: Bournemouth 1-3 Tottenham Hotspur

Fresh from a deserved success over Man United in which their full-backs and midfielders ran the show, Tottenham can equally dominate a porous Bournemouth defence, although concerns over Maddison's fitness are certainly unwelcome.

Iraola's Cherries are still capable of giving their fans something to cheer, but Postecoglou should win this head-to-head of the newly-appointed Premier League managers.

Our tipster partners are predicting under 3.5 goals.

Arsenal vs. Fulham (Saturday, 3.00pm)

Seeking to continue their streak of dominance in London derbies, Arsenal welcome Fulham to the Emirates Stadium in gameweek three of the 2023-24 Premier League season on Saturday afternoon.

The two sides posted differing results in their most recent capital clashes, as Mikel Arteta's men put Crystal Palace to the sword 1-0 while the Cottagers went down 3-0 at home to Brentford.

We say: Arsenal 2-0 Fulham

Arteta has tinkered with a new Arsenal system in the opening two gameweeks, leading to some inevitable teething problems, but the Gunners should have no trouble asserting their dominance over a disjointed Fulham crop.

The return of Palhinha will at least add some steel to the Cottagers' midfield, and Arsenal's defensive record at the Emirates offers some hope too, but a third successive win to kick off the campaign surely awaits the men in red.

Our tipster partners are predicting over 2.5 goals.

Brentford vs. Crystal Palace (Saturday, 3.00pm)

A third consecutive London derby awaits Brentford in Saturday's Premier League clash at the Gtech Community Stadium, where Crystal Palace will pay a visit in gameweek three.

The Bees put three unanswered goals past Fulham last weekend, while Palace's Monday night affair with Arsenal ended in a 1-0 defeat.

We say: Brentford 2-0 Crystal Palace

Brentford and Crystal Palace may have shown an affinity for draws against one another in the past two seasons, but the Bees rightly enter Saturday's game with the favourites tag and should snap that streak of stalemates in convincing fashion.

A clinical edge remains an issue for this Wilfried Zaha and Olise-less Palace crop, who should fall short at the Gtech as the Bees prolong their positive start to the campaign.

Our tipster partners are predicting over 1.5 goals.

Everton vs. Wolves (Saturday, 3.00pm)

Two teams subjected to humbling defeats last weekend square off at Goodison Park in Saturday's early Premier League basement battle, as Everton play host to Wolverhampton Wanderers.

The Toffees were hit for four without reply against Aston Villa last weekend, while Gary O'Neil's men were thumped 4-1 at home by Brighton & Hove Albion.

We say: Everton 1-1 Wolverhampton Wanderers

Both managers could have felt aggrieved to lose their opening encounters, and both accepted being blown away by the better team last weekend, giving rise to a closely-contested and potentially drab affair at Goodison Park here.

Given both teams' attacking shortcomings, a goalless draw would not surprise us in the slightest, but neither defence is sturdy enough to keep their opponents at bay for 90 minutes.

Our tipster partners are predicting over 1.5 goals.

Man Utd vs. Nott'm Forest (Saturday, 3.00pm)

Seeking to pick themselves up from a disappointing Premier League defeat last weekend, Manchester United play host to Nottingham Forest at Old Trafford on Saturday afternoon.

The visitors, meanwhile, are looking to claim their first top-flight away win since Janarury and end their 29-year wait for a victory over the Red Devils.

We say: Manchester United 3-1 Nottingham Forest

Considering Man United are yet to get up to full speed in the new season, Ten Hag and co cannot take Nottingham Forest lightly on Saturday despite their impressive head-to-head record.

Nevertheless, the Red Devils should have enough quality in their side to bounce back from last weekend's defeat and secure maximum points against a Forest side who have struggled to grind out positive results on the road over the last 12 months.

Our tipster partners are predicting a home win.

Brighton vs. West Ham (Saturday, 5.30pm)

Brighton & Hove Albion will be looking to maintain their 100% start to the new Premier League season when they play host to West Ham United at the American Express Community Stadium on Saturday evening.

The Hammers will be seeking revenge against the Seagulls after suffering a heavy 4-0 defeat on the South Coast in March.

We say: Brighton & Hove Albion 3-1 West Ham United

Both teams will enter Saturday's contest in buoyant mood after securing impressive victories last weekend, but the high-flying hosts will be regarded as favourites to claim maximum points.

Indeed, Brighton look a real threat going forward and we can see them having more joy in front of goal against a West Ham side who have conceded in seven of their last eight Premier League matches, including results from last season.

Our tipster partners are predicting under 3.5 goals.
