Robin van Persie swerves Manchester United question?

Robin van Persie decides not to discuss Manchester United's form while at a Netherlands press conference.

Robin van Persie reportedly opted against answering a question regarding Manchester United's results this season.

As captain of the Netherlands national side, the 30-year-old attended a press conference this afternoon ahead of his team's friendly encounter with France on Wednesday night.

However, when asked for his opinion on his club's fortunes under the management of David Moyes, the striker replied: "We are here for the Orange, let's talk about that," according to AD.

The Red Devils are currently seventh in the Premier League, as well as being 2-0 down from the first leg of their last-16 Champions League clash with Olympiacos.
