Former Manchester United defender Gary Neville congratulates Man City on their achievement after they won their second Premier League title in three years.

Former Manchester United defender Gary Neville has congratulated Manchester City after they won the Premier League title.

City won 2-0 against West Ham United on the final day of the season to secure the title in Manuel Pellegrini's first season at the club.

Commentating on the game for Sky Sports, Neville said: "It's the greatest moment of your life. People will mention kids, but everyone has kids. Not everyone has a Premier League title."

City add the league title to the the Capital One Cup they won earlier in the season.
