Manchester City manager Roberto Mancini believes that finishing second in the Premier League would still represent a successful season for the club.
The champions currently trail league leaders Manchester United by 15 points, although they have a game in hand, and Mancini thinks that a runners-up finish would still qualify as an achievement.
"Hopefully, if we can take second place, that would not be a bad season, like United last year," Mancini told The Mirror.
"Now we have another two chances. Maybe the Premier League will be difficult, but we have the FA Cup.
"Nine months ago we won the Premier League and six months ago we won the Community Shield."
