The Manchester United first-team squad are reportedly being tested twice a day for symptoms related to coronavirus.

On Friday, the Football Association and Premier League announced that competitive action had been suspended until April 3, with the top flight currently scheduled to get back underway on April 4.

While that date remains in considerable doubt, United are continuing with a 'business-as-usual policy' at the club's Carrington training ground.

However, according to The Mirror, the medical staff have been instructed to test the first-team players and staff as they enter and leave the facilities.

The report claims that there are currently no plans to change their current approach, despite other Premier League teams having gone into lockdown.

Nevertheless, precautions are being taken regarding the staff who are allowed to come into close contact with senior players.
