Manchester United have confirmed that they will take on Barcelona as part of their pre-season tour of the USA.
The two sides will meet on Saturday, July 25 at the Santa Clara's Levi's Stadium - a facility that only opened last year.
Prior to that, Louis van Gaal's side will take on Mexico City-based Club America in Seattle and then the San Jose Earthquakes at a location that is yet to be confirmed.
The tour will be concluded on Wednesday, July 29 when French champions Paris Saint-Germain provide the opposition at Chicago's Soldier Field.
"After this month's Manchester derby broke records to become the most-watched Premier League match in US cable television history, the club is excited to be returning to the United States at a time when the appetite for football is greater than ever," managing director Richard Arnold told the club's official website.
The Red Devils also spent last summer in the States, where they faced the likes of Real Madrid and rivals Liverpool.
