Manchester United release Louis van Gaal pictures

The first pictures of Louis van Gaal as manager of Manchester United are released by the Premier League club.

Manchester United have released the first pictures of Louis van Gaal as the club's new manager.

The Dutchman was confirmed as David Moyes's successor back in May, but he only arrived in Manchester today due to his commitments with the Dutch national side at the World Cup.

He is now at the club's Carrington training base, where he has met the players and coaching staff, as well as chief executive Ed Woodward.

Van Gaal is expected to take his first full training session tomorrow, before the squad heads to the USA for their pre-season tour.ID:165414: cacheID:165414:1false2false3false:QQ:: from db desktop :LenBod:restore:2005:
