Harry Maguire and friends allegedly spent £63,000 in just five hours while partying in Mykonos earlier this week.
The 27-year-old Manchester United skipper spent two nights in a Greek jail after getting involved in an altercation outside a bar on the island - and has denied charges of assaulting a police officer, bodily harm and attempted bribery.
The incident is said to have occured after Maguire's sister Daisy was stabbed in the arm with "a sharp object" and he stepped in to defend her.
According to The Sun, two days earlier Maguire and his group, which included his brothers, snooker star Judd Trump and Love Island's Chris Hughes, spent £63,000 over a five-hour period.
The bill included £35,000 on two bottles of champagne, £1,200 on lobster and £800 on steak - although Maguire's share was said to be "fractional" as he "mainly drinks beer".
The newspaper suggests that the England star was subjected to multiple taunts on Thursday, the night of the incident, including sick references to the Munich air disaster, his ability as a footballer and chants of "f**k United".
Appearing in court on Saturday morning, Maguire pleaded not guilty to the charges against him and was released as the case was adjourned.
