Ryan Giggs believes that Manchester United will cope if they fail to sign new players by the end of the summer transfer window.

Manchester United midfielder Ryan Giggs is confident that the club can push for the Premier League title once again, even if they are unable to sign new players before the end of the summer transfer window.

The English champions are believed to be keen on strengthening their midfield, but their unlikelihood of signing Barcelona midfielder Cesc Fabregas and failure to clinch Thiago Alcantara, who opted for a move to Bayern Munich, have hampered their summer spending.

While reports have claimed that the club are trying to sign Marouane Fellaini from Everton, Giggs believes that the side can cope without new additions.

"We will just have to wait and see how it goes but we are quite happy with the players in our dressing room," Sky Sports News quotes Giggs as saying.

"We won the league with those players. If we sign someone, great. If not we will just get on with it."

Giggs will enter the 2013-14 campaign as a player-coach for United.
