The injury suffered by Chris Smalling during England training today is reportedly not serious.
The Manchester United defender was spotted with strapping and ice on his left knee when leaving the team bus after the training session on their first full day at their Euro 2016 base in Chantilly.
The injury raised concerns that England could be short at the back for their Euro 2016 opener against Russia on June 11, with Smalling one of just three specialist central defenders in the squad.
However, the England medical team are not thought to be worried by the problem and expect Smalling to return to training as normal tomorrow if the knee does not flare up overnight.
Smalling is expected to start alongside either Gary Cahill or John Stones for Saturday's opener in Marseille, although Eric Dier also offers cover for that position.
Southampton left-back Ryan Bertrand was the only absentee from the team's training today.
