Yaya Toure will not be allowed to leave Manchester City this summer despite being desperate for a move away from the Etihad, according to reports.
The midfielder has made his displeasure with the club's hierarchy public, criticising them on Twitter for not recognising his birthday and claiming that the Blues stopped him from spending time with his terminally-ill brother Ibrahim, who died last month.
An unnamed international teammate is quoted by The Mirror as saying: "He has accumulated too many grudges against [Manchester City's] leaders and he will not stay with them.
"He will do everything to ensure his departure this summer."
The 31-year-old recently refused to rule out a transfer to Paris Saint-Germain, with the French club reportedly considering a move for the midfielder.
