Report: Manchester City see Bruno Peres bid rejected

A report claims that Manchester City fail in a £12.4m bid for Torino full-back Bruno Peres, who has also been linked with Watford.

Torino have reportedly rejected an offer of £12.4m from Manchester City for Bruno Peres.

Peres, 26, joined Torino from Santos in 2014 and has made 74 appearances during his time in Italian football.

It is understood that Man City launched a bid of little under £12.5m for the full-back and according to Gazzetta dello Sport, that offer was quickly rejected by the Italian outfit.

Watford have also been credited with an interest in the defender, who started his professional career with Brazilian outfit Audax Sao Paulo.
