Manchester City have reportedly decided not to make a move for Real Madrid midfielder Isco this summer.
According to the Manchester Evening News, the Spanish international is not on Sky Blues manager Pep Guardiola's list of transfer targets, despite reports to the contrary.
Speculation linking Isco with a move to the Etihad mounted earlier this week following word that he is unsettled at Real, but the Premier League club's hierarchy is said to have dismissed the possibility of him joining City.
The report goes on to say that City are more likely to rekindle their interest in Leicester City star Riyad Mahrez, having failed to secure his services during the winter transfer window.
Speculation linking Isco with a move to City dates back to 2013, when Manuel Pellegrini is said to have expressed interest in signing him.
