Roberto Mancini says that he is frustrated by Manchester City's transfer policy.

Manchester City boss Roberto Mancini has admitted that he is disappointed by the lack of transfer activity at the club this summer.

So far Mancini has been unsuccessful in his attempts to bring Daniel Agger, Daniele De Rossi and Robin van Persie to the club.

"After four months, I don't know what to say. You need to ask Brian Marwood," said Mancini. "I am not the sporting director. I can't say anything about players."

Speaking about the management structure under Brian Marwood, he added: "I am not happy – but I don't know what to say."

Mancini also revealed that he has turned down a number of bids for Mario Balotelli.
