Manchester City have reportedly made an approach for Leicester City's James Maddison.
Maddison scored seven times and registered seven assists in 36 Premier League appearances for the Foxes during the 2018-19 campaign.
Tottenham Hotspur and Arsenal have both been credited with an interest in the former Norwich City youngster in recent weeks.
However, according to Football Insider, City have approached Leicester over a move for the Englishman, who could cost the Premier League champions in the region of £60m.
The report has claimed that City boss Pep Guardiola is a huge admirer of the 22-year-old and views him as a player capable of providing a fresh option in the final third of the field.
Maddison, who joined Leicester from Norwich in last summer's transfer window, has a contract at the King Power Stadium in June 2023.
