Stevan Jovetic "thrilled" to agree Manchester City move

Stevan Jovetic says that he is "thrilled" to agree a switch to Manchester City from Fiorentina.

Stevan Jovetic has admitted that he is "thrilled" to have agreed a move from Fiorentina to former Premier League champions Manchester City.

It was confirmed by Fiorentina yesterday that the 23-year-old has secured a switch to the Etihad Stadium in a reported £24m deal.

"I'm thrilled about the move to City, believe you me," Jovetic told Firenzeviola.it. "There's no point in saying anything more.

"City are a great club and they play in the Premier League. I really want to win something. As well as that, I'll link up with my good friend Matija Nastasic."

Jovetic was previously linked with a move to Arsenal.
