West Bromwich Albion have registered loan offers for Matej Vydra and Scott Sinclair and remain hopeful of signing both players this week.
The Baggies have been in discussions with Udinese over a season-long loan deal for Vydra in recent weeks, with the former Watford striker arriving in the Midlands for talks last weekend.
Vydra has undergone a medical at the Hawthorns and agreed personal terms with West Brom, who expect to formally confirm the move in the next 24 hours, according to the Birmingham Mail.
Baggies boss Steve Clarke also confirmed yesterday that he is chasing the signature of Manchester City winger Sinclair, who is surplus to requirements at the Etihad.
City would prefer a permanent move but are willing to settle for an initial loan worth £2m, with a potential future fee still being negotiated by both parties.
