Mark Noble: 'West Ham players enjoying being fourth'

West Ham United midfielder Mark Noble is enjoying being fourth in the Premier League while it lasts.

West Ham United favourite Mark Noble has revealed that the players are enjoying their lofty Premier League position while it lasts.

Sam Allardyce's men currently occupy the fourth Champions League spot, and Noble is targeting a possible European qualification by the time the Hammers move into the Olympic Stadium.

"Obviously we're all enjoying being fourth while it lasts," Noble told the club's official website. "I'm enjoying the way we're playing at the moment, I think most of the players are. The form the boys are in is very enjoyable.

"Last year I said we needed to buy good players if we're going to move on, and we've done that. By the time we move to the New Stadium we want to be a top six or seven club.

"The two goals the strikers scored against Burnley were proper striker's goals. They were two excellent headers from good crosses from the boys out wide, hopefully that will continue."

West Ham will be looking to continue their impressive start to the campaign when they host Premier League champions Manchester City this afternoon.
