Yaya Toure will reportedly be offered an ambassadorial role at Manchester City when he retires.
The Ivory Coast international has won two Premier League titles and the FA Cup with the club since signing from Barcelona in 2010, and the midfielder is contracted to City until 2017.
Toure will be offered the role when his playing days are over, according to the Daily Mail, and a coaching position is also understood to be under consideration.
The report also claims that the City hierarchy are open to the prospect of offering Toure an extension to his current deal.
