Manchester City goalkeeper Joe Hart is eyeing a much better season for his side in the next Premier League campaign after a year of disappointments.

Manchester City goalkeeper Joe Hart is determined to help his side bounce back from last season's disappointment in the next Premier League campaign.

The Citizens missed out on the title to rivals Manchester United and lost the FA Cup final to Wigan Athletic, which saw Roberto Mancini sacked as manager.

"I have the same commitment and love for football and the same energy all the time," Hart told The Express.

"It doesn't always go to plan. The year before was excellent but football doesn't revolve around me and Manchester City.

"We will come again harder next season but for now I am looking forward to this international game."

Hart is expected to start in goal for England's friendly clash with Brazil at the Maracana Stadium later today.
