Pablo Zabaleta warns of more Manchester City goals

Manchester City defender Pablo Zabaleta says that his side can score at any time due to the quality of their forward players.

Manchester City defender Pablo Zabaleta has said that his side can score at any time due to the quality of their forward players.

City produced a fine display of attacking football as they romped to a 6-0 victory over Tottenham Hotspur last weekend.

"We know the quality we have in the front players. They can score at any time in the game," Zabaleta told reporters after the game.

"That is why we always talk about how important it is to keep clean sheets. If we do that, we know we are going to score some goals.

"Obviously you don't expect to win 6-0 against a very strong team like Tottenham. Sometimes it happens. And on this occasion we deserved it."

Manuel Pellegrini's side face Viktoria Plzen in the Champions League tonight.
