Luton Town boss John Still has revealed that he is hopeful of signing former England striker Andrew Johnson.
The 33-year-old is currently without a club after leaving Crystal Palace at the start of the year.
Talks between Luton and Johnson are due to take place on Thursday, and Still is confident that the forward will join the League Two outfit.
"We put off a meeting planned for earlier in the week," he told Luton Today. "Nothing to do with either of us, but we couldn't get time, so he's coming in Thursday.
"We've got on great, so the talks are not going to be difficult. I don't know Andrew, but we've got on great and I mean really great."
Johnson's former clubs include Palace, Everton, Fulham and Queens Park Rangers.
