Valencia 'planning January move for Tiago Ilori'

Valencia are reportedly interested in taking Liverpool's Tiago Ilori on loan in January.

Valencia are reportedly hoping to sign Liverpool defender Tiago Ilori on loan when the transfer window reopens in January.

The centre-back has struggled to find first-team football at Anfield, lying behind Kolo Toure and Mamadou Sakho in the pecking order.

Valencia are lining up Ilori as a temporary replacement for Adil Ramim, who is due to complete a move to AC Milan in the New Year, according to the Daily Mail.

Ilori joined Liverpool from Sporting Lisbon over the summer in a deal worth £7m.
