Liverpool goalkeeper Simon Mignolet will reportedly stay at the club for the remainder of the season despite interest from a number of European teams.
Mignolet lost his place as Liverpool's number one goalkeeper in January and has since been forced to play second fiddle to Loris Karius and then Alisson Becker in the Anfield pecking order.
The Belgian was eager to leave during the summer and questioned the club's decision to offload Karius instead, but the Liverpool Echo reports that Jurgen Klopp wants to keep hold of him again in January.
A host of clubs from around Europe are understood to be monitoring his situation, with Ligue 1 outfit Nice thought to be leading the race.
However, Klopp is unwilling to sanction an exit due to the need for an experienced back-up to Alisson, with rookies Caoimhin Kelleher and Kamil Grabara next in line.
Mignolet has made just one appearance for Liverpool across all competitions this season - during the 2-1 EFL Cup defeat to Chelsea.
