Liverpool manager Brendan Rodgers has played down talk linking the club with Inter Milan midfielder Wesley Sneijder.
The Reds are just one of a number of teams who are thought to be interested in the Dutch international as he looks for a move away from the San Siro.
"You could probably rattle off about 20 names and the answer would be the same. The club have been linked with a whole host of players, but I couldn't see [Sneijder] happening," Rodgers told reporters.
Turkish champions Galatasaray are understood to be leading the chase to sign Sneijder.
