Liverpool midfielder Marko Grujic has reportedly rejected the chance to return to Cardiff City on loan, and could now move to Turkish giants Galatasaray ahead of the 2018-19 campaign.
Grujic spent the second half of last season on loan at Cardiff, and made 14 appearances for the Welsh outfit as they secured a return to the Premier League.
Cardiff boss Neil Warnock recently admitted that he wanted to re-sign the midfielder, but conceded that the deal would be difficult.
According to various reports in Turkey, however, Grujic could still leave Liverpool this summer, with Galatasaray given encouragement in their pursuit of the eight-time Serbia international.
The 22-year-old joined Liverpool from Red Star Belgrade in 2016, and has made 14 first-team appearances for the English giants.
