Liverpool will reportedly make a bid for Crystal Palace winger Yannick Bolasie this summer and offer Rickie Lambert in part-exchange.
Bolasie has been in impressive form for Palace this season, which has led manager Alan Pardew to state that it would take upwards of £20m to prise the Congo international away from Selhurst Park.
However, Liverpool believe that they will be able to lure the 25-year-old to Merseyside by offering Lambert in addition to any fee, according to The Sun.
The 33-year-old England international moved to Anfield from Southampton last summer but has found first-team opportunities hard to come by since joining to his boyhood club.
Pardew has worked with Lambert before, having signed him for Southampton when the club were in League One back in 2009.
Bolasie, who joined Palace from Bristol City in 2012, has scored four goals in 30 appearances this season.
