Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp is reportedly determined to bring Adama Traore to Anfield.
The Premier League champions were linked with the Spain international over the summer, but the transfer window closed with the attacker still at Wolverhampton Wanderers.
The 24-year-old is yet to score or provide an assist in five outings at club level this season but impressed last term, contributing six goals and 12 assists in 54 appearances in all competitions.
According to Mundo Deportivo, Liverpool are still interested in signing the former Barcelona youngster, although it is unclear whether the Reds will attempt to secure a deal in the January transfer window.
The report claims that the Merseyside outfit would have to come up with an offer of around £63m to convince Wolves to part with the powerful attacker.
Traore, who has also played for Aston Villa and Middlesbrough in English football since leaving Camp Nou, has a contract at Molineux until the end of the 2022-23 campaign.
