Liverpool are reportedly set to intensify efforts in their pursiut of Juventus winger Federico Chiesa ahead of the summer transfer window.
Following Arne Slot's appointment as Jurgen Klopp's successor and with the likes of Michael Edwards and Julian Ward returning behind the scenes, the Reds are expected to be busy in the upcoming transfer window.
Amidst these developments, Liverpool's main priority remains strengthening their attacking options, with a particular emphasis on securing a wide forward or winger.
Luis Diaz has struggled to hit the heights expected after bursting onto the scene for the Reds, while Mohamed Salah's future at the club is still uncertain, with teams from the Middle East circling.

Liverpool scouts in attendance at Coppa Italia final
As per a report from Tutto Juve, Liverpool are set to intensify their efforts to sign the versatile Juventus attacker this summer amid uncertainty over his contract situation in Turin.
Scouts from Anfield were in attendance to monitor Chiesa during Juventus' recent 1-0 Coppa Italia final victory over Atalanta, where the 26-year-old played 69 minutes before being substituted.
It is understood that Juve are eager to renew Chiesa's current deal, which expires in 2025, but progress regarding a potential contract extension have come to a standstill due to the player's wage demands.
As a result, I Bianconeri are believed to be willing to part ways with the 26-year-old for the right price this summer if he does not agree to the new terms offered by the club.

The report adds that a bid of around £51m could be good enough to secure the signing of the versatile winger.
The Italian international emerged as one of the most sought-after wingers after an incredible Euro 2020 but has suffered regular injury setbacks over the last few seasons.
He missed the majority of 2022 with an ACL injury and has sustained 10 different physical problems over the last 18 months since his return.
Chiesa has scored eight goals and provided two assists in 32 Serie A games this season.
