Liverpool, Tottenham Hotspur in for Inter Milan midfielder Nicolo Barella?

Inter Milan midfielder Nicolo Barella is reportedly a target for Premier League pair Liverpool and Tottenham Hotspur.

The 23-year-old has played in all 24 of Inter's Serie A and Champions League games this term, earning particular praise from Antonio Conte after scoring against Juventus last weekend.

However, Inter may be forced to cash in on some star players in the coming months to help them balance their books, which could see the 18-cap Italy international move on.

Calciomercato suggests that Barella, under contract at San Siro until 2024, is being eyed by Liverpool and Spurs ahead of the summer transfer window.

Any club interested in signing Barella would likely have to pay more than the €40.5m (£36m) Inter spent to sign him permanently from Cagliari last summer.
