Liverpool and Norwich City are both keen to sign Juventus forwards Fabio Quagliarella and Alessandro Matri, according to reports.
Norwich City had an £8.7m bid for Quagliarella rejected earlier today, but are expected to return with an improved offer.
However, Liverpool may be able to bid more for the Juventus duo, who have been told they are surplus to requirements by Antonio Conte.
The Express reports that Liverpool boss Brendan Rodgers is considering moves for the pair, to add to the arrivals of fellow attackers Luis Alberto and Iago Aspas.
