Liverpool have reportedly held transfer talks with Aston Villa playmaker Jack Grealish.
Jurgen Klopp's side are ready to rival Tottenham Hotspur for the services of the Villans' prized asset, according to The Mirror.
The report suggests that Spurs remain the frontrunners to land Grealish, but they are yet to table a bid which matches Villa's £30m valuation.
Villa have been tipped to offload several key players this summer to ease their ongoing financial crisis, the result of failing to secure promotion to the Premier League last season.
Last term, Grealish contributed three goals and provided six assists from 30 outings in the Championship.
